We acompañamos (walk alongside) our partners, community members, and supporters and strive to create systems where power is shared.


We stand in solidarity with our partner ASJ-Honduras as our identity is interwoven and we are diligent in our collaborative commitment to work together to create a more just society. As a U.S. organization, we recognize our power and privilege and we seek to have equitable partnerships.

We Champion Justice

We are justice seekers and strive to create just systems. We treat all people in a way that honors their God-given dignity.


We know that we may never see the end results of our work in our lifetime. This realization enables us to stewardly plant seeds that will one day grow, knowing that they hold future promise.

We Choose Hope

We are motivated by a vision of what the world could be and we know that this pursuit requires hard work, determination, and persistence.


We wholeheartedly believe that the long game of justice is possible and we are adaptable, innovative, and agile in the way we approach problems and apply new learnings.

We Act With Courage

We strive to be courageous in our work and in our conversations even when it’s hard, scary, or uncomfortable. We ask questions, speak truth to power, and choose justice even when there are consequences.
